New Build Porch In Liverpool – Case sTUDIES
Our engineers recently completed this full new build porch in Liverpool, with a Tapco Slate roof, high performance Kingspan insulation and our signature Maxitherm insulated glazing.
INSULATED BRICK PORCH
The homeowners of the property in Lydiate, Merseyside, wanted to improve the aesthetics, and increase the overall space of their home by building a traditional brick porch.
At the same time, they were looking to improve the overall security and energy efficiency of their home and so we recommended that they install a composite door and tiled roof with high-performance Kingspan insulation.
We added our signature Maxitherm insulated double glazing into new uPVC frames, making the porch up to 90% energy efficient!
The finishing touches included plasterboard and skimming, adding spotlights and some smart new white roofline.
