They cover you for product defects and faulty workmanship or installation, and can be essential when it comes to selling your home. Our Company Guarantees are a commitment we make to all of our customers, to ensure they are receiving quality products, expertly installed and built to last.
Staywarm 10 Year Guarantee
All of our contracts and installations come with a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. This does not cover accidental breakage, and providing the product is correctly maintained as required we will come and sort and mend any issue that results from faulty workmanship or installation for up to 10 years. This also covers condensation and fogging between the panes in our range of windows, doors and other glazing. Our 10 Year Guarantee is Insurance-Backed and provided by the Independent Warranty Association (IWA), giving vital protection against your home improvements, as well as being transferrable to the new owners if you sell your home.
Staywarm 15 Year Guarantee
In addition to our Staywarm Energy 10 Year Insurance-Backed Guarantee, we also offer an extended 15-year guarantee on all Firestone flat rubber roofs. The rubber membranes also come with a manufacturers’ warranty of 40 years.
Staywarm Lifetime Guarantee
When we are installing our signature Maxitherm or Maxitherm+ insulated glazing into uPVC frames, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee! That’s right, a lifetime! The guarantee can even be transferred when you are selling your home. This does not cover accidental breakage, and providing the product is correctly maintained as required we will come and sort and mend any issue that results from faulty workmanship or installation for a full lifetime. This also covers condensation and fogging between the panes in our range of windows, doors and other glazing.
FENSA Approved Installer Protection
Our Staywarm Energy guarantees operate alongside and in addition to the protection afforded by our accreditation as a FENSA Trusted Installer. We recommend that you always use a FENSA Approved Installer when you are getting work carried out on your home, to ensure the work complies with Building Regulations and comes with a guarantee. FENSA is a government-authorised scheme that monitors building regulation compliance for replacement windows and doors in England and Wales.
