Secure Porches
A porch is much harder to break into than just a door, adding an extra layer of security to your home, as well as deterring burglars.
Extra Insulation
A porch provides another layer of insulation for your home, allowing you to keep the heat inside every time you open the door.
A Useful Space
A porch is an excellent extra space to store coats, boots, umbrellas and more, keeping your internal rooms cleaner and drier.
Kerb Appeal
Our bespoke range of porches are made-to-measure for a perfect fit and will complement the aesthetics of your home.
Insulated Brick Porches
A brick porch is a great way to improve the first impression that your property makes to the world, to visitors and passers-by, also known as kerb appeal. As well as enhancing the aesthetics of a property, a porch also provides great protection from the elements and is a great way to improve the overall ‘welcome’ that your home provides visitors, and can add value to your home.
On top of this, a porch is also an incredible useful way to increase the space of a house without planning permission (in most cases). A porch is also a great option if your front door opens directly into one of the rooms in your home – keeping pets and children safely inside while you take deliveries or get ready for a day of adventure.

Our UPVC porches are made to your exacting specifications and can use any of our coloured or timber-effect uPVC variations, so we are confident we can design you the perfect porch.
Using only our high-performance glazing and a variety of roof options including glass & solid roofs we design our Staywarm Energy uPVC porches to ensure the right balance between insulation and ventilation for maximum usability.
We are specialist uPVC crafters, having built dozens of conservatories, porches and many other structures out of uPVC. Not only do they have a great visual appeal, they are also long-lasting, cost-effective, affordable and low maintenance.
Although uPVC in white is the most popular choice, there is a range of colours to choose from.

Porch Frame Options
We have a large range of frame colours to choose from, including current favourites Anthracite Grey, Black, Chartwell Green, Cream, Golden Oak, Irish Oak, Rosewood and White. We can also colour-match the frames to any RAL Colour for unique and unusual projects.
open design porches
A hardwood framed porch with a fully open structure allows the frame to really speak for itself as the main feature. While it will offer less protection from the elements and little storage space, for a decorative porch this style really shines. It can also be a cost-effective way of incorporating a hardwood porch for a lower cost as fewer materials are used.
canopy style porches
When entering or leaving your home, there is nothing worse than being exposed to the elements, especially when you are stopping to get out your keys or put down shopping bags. A door canopy could be your ideal solution. Not only does it offer protection from the elements for yourself, but it will keep your door and entrance area sheltered too, for a much lower price than a full build porch.

Porch Frequently Asked Questions
Porches generally don’t need planning permission, but they need to fit within certain guidelines. So long as the porch covers less than three metres square of ground, and is no more than three metres high, it’s likely you won’t need planning permission.
Your original entrance door must remain in situ for your new porch to be exempt from building regulations and we will ensure that it does, while also making the porch supremely secure.
This will be highly dependent on the design chosen but in general if you porch is having full or dwarf brick walls, these will need foundations to be dug.
Putting a porch in your front entrance shouldn’t see you punished with a sudden establishment of draughts in your home. Not a hint of weather will be felt when you’re in the vicinity of the porch as we add thermally efficient glass to all of our porch designs, and they each have an insulating roof on top of them. It will be a welcome feeling when you arrive back home from work and feel nothing but comfort from the moment you pass through the porch and make your way into the house.
